Entry Requirements
While there are no formal prerequisites for this course, to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience with us, the following requirements must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment and must have sufficient English language skills to complete the course.
- You should possess basic technological literacy and have access to the Microsoft Office suite or an equivalent software package.
Course Duration
Students will have a maximum of twelve(12) months to complete the course via online, self-paced learning.
The course start date is taken as the date students receive the course material. If students do not complete the course within the six (6) month timeframe, the enrolment will be cancelled. Students may apply for an extension for an extra fee. Please refer to the student handbook for details on requesting extensions.

Completion
Once you have completed the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent Representative) course, you will receive a Certificate from us for the eighteen (18) units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course package.
Completion of this course may assist individuals seeking to work within the Victorian real estate industry as an Agent’s Representative, subject to meeting all eligibility and regulatory requirements prescribed by Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV).
Students should independently review the current eligibility, registration, and licensing requirements with Consumer Affairs Victoria prior to undertaking real estate work or applying for registration or licensing.

International/Overseas Students
Those possessing Subclass 500 visas, or any visas that expire on or before the anticipated course completion date, are not eligible to enrol with AUSCBT.
If any individual with a Subclass 500 visa or a visa that has a conflicting expiration date attempts to register, the enrolment will be cancelled and an administration fee of 25% will be charged to any student attempting to enrol.
