Entry Requirements
While there are no formal prerequisites for this course, to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience with us, the following requirements must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment and must have sufficient English language skills to complete the course.
- You should possess basic technological literacy and have access to the Microsoft Office suite or an equivalent software package.
Course Duration
Students will have a maximum of twelve (12) months to complete the course via online, self-paced learning.
The course start date is taken as the date students receive the course material. If students do not complete the course within the twelve (12) month timeframe, the enrolment will be cancelled. Students may apply for an extension for an additional cost. Please refer to the Student Handbook for details on requesting extensions.

Credit Transfer/RPL
Students are entitled to apply for Credit Transfer for units they have already successfully completed, or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if they can demonstrate relevant skills and experience, ensuring prior achievements are acknowledged and reducing duplication of learning. International/Overseas Students
Those possessing Subclass 500 visas, or any visas that expire on or before the anticipated course completion date, are not eligible to enrol with AUSCBT.
If any individual with a Subclass 500 visa or a visa that has a conflicting expiration date attempts to register, the enrolment will be cancelled and an administration fee of 25% will be charged to any student attempting to enrol.
