Course Overview
Australian College of Business and Training Pty Ltd (AUSCBT) is a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised real estate training.
This Assistant Agent CPD program is designed for NSW Certificate of Registration holders (Assistant Agents) who are required to complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each CPD year in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

For Assistant Agents working in real estate, this generally involves completing units from: CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
The units completed contribute toward both annual CPD obligations and progression toward eligibility for a NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.

If your Certificate of Registration was granted between 1 October 2025 and 30 March 2026, you are generally required to complete a minimum of one unit of competency during the current CPD year.
If your Certificate of Registration was granted between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, you may be exempt from CPD requirements for the current CPD year.
