Australian College of Business and Training Pty Ltd (AUSCBT) is an approved NSW Fair Trading CPD provider for the relevant compulsory CPD topics delivered within this course.

This live online CPD webinar is designed for NSW Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders working as a residential property manager or real estate sales/buyers agents.

The course covers the four compulsory CPD topics required for the 2025/2026 CPD year for residential property managers or sales/buyers agents, delivered in an interactive webinar format. This course does not include the compulsory 3 hours Residential Tenancy Reforms.

Important Note: Class 1 licence holders must also complete an additional NSW Fair Trading accredited professional development event separate to compulsory CPD requirements.
